Guru Narendra Sharma, who is a devotee of Shri Dev Guru PuroVeda and Mahent (head Priest) of PuroVeda Dham Mandir (Temple), Jaipur Established the PuroVeda Temple in 2009. In a vivid dream, Lord PuroVeda asked Guru Narendra Sharma to construct a mighty temple dedicated to PuroVeda himself. However, creating and managing the temple, being not an easy task created many challenges and Guru Narendra Sharma was unsure how he will accomplish this task. After few days Lord PuroVeda appeared again in his dream and gave him a boom to accomplish this task.
Guruvar Narendra Sharma and his wife Smt. Meena Sharma then made a strong decision from their heart and soul to construct this temple by 7 July 2009, which was around 45 days from that date. As they faced many difficulties, those difficulties and challenges disappeared quickly due to the boom of Lord PuroVeda and they were able to establish the temple within 45 days on 7 July 2009. Therefore 7, July every year is celebrated as Pran Pratishtha Patotsav or inauguration day
Gold Plated Idol of Lord PuroVeda was established in the Aashad Shukla Guru Poornima Samvt 2066 or Tuesday, 7th July 2009 along with the exclusive assembly of people. And therefore PuroVeda Dham Mandir (Temple) became the first temple in the world constructed for Lord Dev Guru PuroVeda by Guru Narendra Sharma.

At the moment out of over 1.2 billion hindu population around the world and over 1 billion Hindu population in India, not even 1% of people are aware that they can pray to Lord PuroVeda him-self instead of praying to Banana tree or Vishnu. The aim of PuroVeda Dham is to make people aware of the Lord Dev Guru PuroVeda so they can attain his blessings.
PuroVeda Dham also aims at spreading the Hindu cultural values and way of Sattvic living, depicted in Vedas. PuroVeda Dham also aims to deliver or impart knowledge of better life and development of society by providing the necessary resources to tackle the modern world scenarios or issues. This mission or aim 
of PuroVeda Dham was set up by the founder, Guru Narendra Sharma.
